AAjobs.com and is passed on to Bank for approval, through
Comtrust gateway.

reasons for which your personal information is being
collected (see the next section for more information).
- Informed consent - Your knowledge and consent is required for the
collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. We explicitly
seek your permission.
- Limited collection - We only collect personal information that is directly necessary
for the purposes identified by us, and always by fair and lawful means.
- Limited use and disclosure - Personal information will not be used or
disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected (except, in
rare circumstances, with the informed consent of the individual or as required by law).
- Limited retention - We retain personal information only as long as is
necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected, upon which
it is deleted from our records. In practice, there is a trade-off between deleting
your information too early (forcing you to re-register when you return to the site,
and limiting the duration of cross-matching ) and retaining it for too long (so it
becomes stale) . We therefore aim to delete your personal data around six months
after your last login to this site. To avoid the need to re-register, please make
sure you access the site at least every six months.
- Accuracy - within certain practical constraints, we seek to ensure that
personal information is as accurate, complete and up-to-date as possible, consistent
with the purposes for which it was collected. Our online data-entry forms include
basic validation checks (for example, some fields are mandatory and some are purely
numeric) and we invite you to review your information before committing it to the database.
- Security controls - we employ appropriate physical, technical and procedural
controls to protect personal information from loss or theft, unauthorized
access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. The security controls have
been carefully designed, tested and implemented, although it is impossible to totally
eliminate all risks. The controls are managed and monitored routinely and will be

- Your access to your own data - through the normal logon process and controls,
you may access your own personal data via this website to check or update it. On
request to us, you will be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of your
personal information and will be given access to that information, provided of course
that we are able to verify your identity. You may challenge the accuracy and completeness
of the information and have it amended or deleted as appropriate.
Please note that all of your comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions
and other submissions that are disclosed or submitted to us become and remain our
property. Any such disclosure or submission by you is a declaration of the full
release of all proprietary claims and/or intellectual rights regarding your submission.
When you register with us, we ask you
to provide personal information (such as your name, mailing address, EMAIL address etc.)
by filling out and submitting online forms. We need this information to identify you,
to be able to contact you subsequently, and to match job seekers with job vacancies.
The information is stored in a
secure database, separate from our website and secured using appropriate physical,
logical and procedural security controls. We take great care to ensure that
the security controls are appropriate and sufficient to maintain the confidentiality,
integrity and availability requirements noted in this policy. The controls are actively
monitored and managed and are updated from time to time to respond to new legislation,
